  Panera Bread recently announced that they're ditching all of the artificial stuff from the food they serve, and leaving behind just real, actual food. It's a great step in the right direction, and one that folks like me who want to eat healthy, but still end up eating out a lot more than they'd like, can appreciate. Protein: How Much Do You Need?

You know there are three basic elements of foods that we should eat. Those are protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Most of us, I think, don't have much problem consuming enough fat, especially if you're eating an American diet.
