I have never been one of those skinny girls. And it’s very likely that I never will be. My goal is to be healthy, and maybe have a little muscle tone, to run a 5K in under 30 minutes, and to wear shorts that don’t bunch up when I walk.
In January of 2012, I was chose by a local radio station to participate in their own version of The Biggest Loser. While I was NOT the Biggest Loser, I did lose about ten pounds over the course of 13 weeks, and completely changed the composition of my body. Seeing muscle form under the fat layers inspired me to continue on the fitness journey. This is that journey.
